The following are common questions related to our rental items. If you have a question not answered here, please contact us using the contact information available on the contact page of this website and we would be happy to help answer those for you.

Inflatables and Lake Fun

How long are rentals for?

The rentals are by day (a full 24 hours). Discounts are applied on the site for rentals 3 days or longer.

Is there a min/max number of days someone can rent an item?

Maximum is one week.

When can I pick up/drop off my rental?

Sunday is the only day that pick up or drop off is not available. Rentals can be scheduled for picked up or dropped off during normal business hours from 8am - 5pm Monday - Saturday.

What are the rules for cancellation?

Cancellation 24 hours prior to pickup will be charged a 50% booking fee.

WeedRoller Pro and HydroSweep Pro

Rental Approval
Rental requests for these items require approval. Requests submitted through this website are set to pending while we review the request. You will receive an email letting you know whether or not we are able to fulfill your request and to arrange the next steps.

DNR Permit Approval
Minnesota law specifics that aquatic plants growing in public waters are the property of the state. Because of their value to the lake ecosystem, they may not be destroyed or transplanted unless authorized by the Commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources as stipulated in the Aquatic Plant Management Rules through a special permit.

Our team will walk you through this process and help you secure the needed permitting.

How long are rentals for?

HydroSweep Pro and WeedRoller Pro are by week.

Is there a min/max number of days someone can rent an item?

Minimum rental is one week.

When can I pick up/drop off my rental?

We install these items ourselves on an arranged date.

What are the rules for cancellation?

There is no cancellation policies prior to installation. Once the product has been installed, 100% of the agreed upon rental will be paid for regardless of duration.

Docks and Boat Lifts

How long are rentals for?

Boat lifts and docks are rented by month. No maximum.

Is there a min/max number of days someone can rent an item?

Minimum rental is one month. There is no maximum for limit on these items. For specific questions, please contact us using the information on our contact page.

When can I pick up/drop off my rental?

We install these items ourselves on an arranged date.

What are the rules for cancellation?

There is no cancellation policies prior to installation. Once the product has been installed, 100% of the agreed upon rental will be paid for regardless of duration.

Pontoons

Rental Approval
Rental requests for these items require approval. Requests submitted through this website are set to pending while we review the request. You will receive an email letting you know whether or not we are able to fulfill your request and to arrange the next steps.

How long are rentals for?

Pontoon rentals are by day and will be returned at 6 p.m. If you have a special case, please contact us using the information on the contact page of this site and we would be glad to discuss.

What is the capacity of the pontoon options?

The 25' Kennedy that will fit 14 people max. The Bennington 22' will fit 12 people max. The PrinceCraft 22' Tritoon will fit 12 people max.

Are life jackets and other equipment provided?

Life jackets, line for tying up, and bumper buoys are provided.

When can I pick up/drop off my rental?

We will take care of delivery and pickup so that you don’t have to worry about trailing these items. Please note that Sundays are not available for pick up or drop off.

Are grills allowed on the pontoon?

For your safety and the safety of others, grills are NOT permitted on the pontoons.

Are pets allowed on the pontoon?

We get it, we love our pets too. Unfortunately they are NOT allowed to travel on these pontoon rentals.

Other Pontoon Rental Information

 

  • Renters must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license
  • A damage deposit will be preauthorized on the renter’s credit card upon check-in. Damage, loss, and/or replacement of items from the rental boat will be replaced at the renter’s expense. Pontoon will be assessed for damage upon return. Replacement and labor costs will be charged to the credit card listed on the agreement.  
  • No towing behind the rental pontoon. Tubing and skiing are not allowed.
  • Kegs are not allowed on the rental pontoon. Alcoholic beverages in other containers are permitted. Please make arrangements for a designated driver. The driver of the pontoon is prohibited from consuming any alcoholic beverages during the rental.

What are the rules for cancellation?

Cancellations within one week of the rental day will result in the forfeiture of the reservation deposit. Weather related cancellations (rain or high winds) may be made on the day of the reservation.
